Having been to this restaurant on two previous occassions and had a great experience I was appalled during our visit on Saturday night. We had booked a table only to find when we turned up nobody knew anything about the booking, were plonked on a table that the staff's children had been playing on and that was just the start of it. Having had a great starter platter to share, we moved onto the main course, and here it goes pear-shaped. I ordered rice, crispy beef ans sweet n sour chicken cantonese whilst my wife ordered noodles and curry. Her food came as did my beef (cold) but no sweet n sour and no rice. Half an hour later, the sweet n sour turned up, still no rice! 15 minutes later, still no rice and my wife had finished her meal! We were not the only ones to find ourselves waiting on food and left shortly after, paying for only one meal and drinks. I was told I had had food so they would offer a discount. NO, I did not eat my main course due to their failure to deliver rice. Perhaps this was a one off but I shall not be venturing back there again. Shame as two times before were great.
