A total gastronomic experience; the staff are passionate about food and the 3 course meal we had was replete with textures, dotted with flavour, and did not fill but satisfied. The staff were very knowledgeable and you get the feeling that the kitchen is one big lab where the ideals of harmony, sensory stimulation and nutrition are honed.
