Hello, my name is Ashleigh Waddell; I am an S6 pupil at Eastwood High School. As part of my Hospitality Course here at Eastwood we have to do an investigation. Our investigation has to be done on a place within the catering industry so I choose to do Mount Shimla; I was wondering if you could send me some information about the place and also a menu.
